Solution

In light to this problem we have proposed a solution to address the challenge specifically in hospitals.

The proposed solution is the development of a mobile application which will enable individuals to select a hospital and book an appointment at a hospital depending on the queue status of the particular hospital.

Also the app will provide a platform for individuals to perform the pre-procedures required before meeting the doctor using their mobile phones instead of performing them at the hospital.

The app will be also be embeded with an online payment functionality. Allowing users to to pay for the their services without making another queue.
